2022 Massage Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life.  Massages are exceptionally hard to fill when cancelled with short notice or when there is a patient no-show.  These policies being put in place to make sure our massage therapists are well compensated for the time they dedicated to you!

CHANGES EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1st, 2022

HTC will be raising the price for Massage Therapy Services (Code 97124)

effective October 1st, 2022

30 Minute Massage: $40.00

60 Minute Massage: $70.00

90 Minute Massage: $100.00

No Show/No Call or late cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled massage appointment time will result in an automatic charge of $40.00 for 30 and 60 minute massages, no exceptions. Fees will be enforced at the discretion of the massage therapist. 

90-minute massages will be paid in full at the time of scheduling, no exceptions.  Failure to cancel your 90 minute massage with 24-hour advance notice will result in 100% forfeit of charged fees.  

All massage clients will be required to keep a Credit/Debit card on file to schedule massage appointments. Stored Credit/Debit Cards will be charged only in the case of a no show/no call or late cancellation in the amount of $40.00 for 30 and 60 minute massages. 

Late appointment arrivals may result in shortened massage treatment times than the original scheduled time length.
